How do projects usually start?+
We start with a 30-minute intro call to understand your brand, ambition and constraints. Within a week we follow up with a written proposal covering scope, deliverables, timeline and fees.
What is the minimum engagement?+
Single-project work starts around USD 6,000. Monthly retainers start at USD 9,500 and scale based on volume and disciplines involved.
Do you work with in-house teams?+
Yes — most of our engagements are co-pilot relationships with in-house brand and marketing teams. We integrate into your tooling and standups.
Which industries do you specialise in?+
We work across consumer brands, technology, F&B, fashion, fintech and entertainment. The common thread is brands that need to move quickly and look distinctive.
AI and craft
Is the work fully AI-generated?+
No. Every deliverable blends AI generation, human creative direction, traditional craft and rigorous editing. AI accelerates the work; it does not replace the judgement we ship with.
Will my brand look generic?+
We tune every model and pipeline to your brand system — voice, palette, type, motion behaviour, do's and don'ts. The output is built to feel unmistakably yours.
How do you handle copyright and likeness?+
We use licensed, opt-in or commercially safe models, and require written consent for any use of real likenesses or voices. See our Use of AI page for the full disclosure.
Process and tools
What tools do you work in?+
We deliver in Figma, Notion, Slack, Frame.io, Linear, Webflow, Framer and your own DAM. We're tool-agnostic — we'll meet your team where it already lives.
How do reviews and approvals work?+
Every engagement runs in shared workspaces with clear review checkpoints. We typically give two rounds of feedback per deliverable; additional rounds are accommodated as scope allows.
Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes — we are happy to sign mutual NDAs before sharing sensitive material. We can also operate under your standard form.
Commercial
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept bank transfer, card payments and Wise. Larger engagements are typically billed in milestones — kickoff, midpoint and delivery.
Do you offer rush delivery?+
Yes — a rush surcharge applies for projects with timelines under our standard turnaround. We'll confirm feasibility before quoting.
Who owns the final work?+
Subject to full payment, you own the final deliverables produced specifically for you. Our internal frameworks, templates and any licensed assets remain owned by their respective owners and are licensed to you for your agreed use.
